some people cant see the bus number clearly so they flag the bus only when they are nearer the bus stop.

there was once an auntie on the bus (which had went past a few bus stops already after boarding) asking me if this is bus no 70 or 76. Shocked i told her it is 76. then she said aiya took wrong bus liao...cos 70 and 76 look similar.

I always flag the bus early if I'm sure of it's number, but sometimes (especially those with EDSes), the number is not always clear enough until it gets near.

And at some bus stops, you can't even see the bus coming until the absolute last minute, such as one bus stop situated around a bend along Upper Thomson Road.

ya, the bus stop at Capitol Buliding. Stupid sia, got so many trees. I remembered once, I was waiting for 502A. That stupid driver, travelling at about 40km/h. When I flag it, he came to a sudden brake and stop over the bus stop. He scolded me loudly with lots of hand action that I should flag the bus at the front. I thought they should slow down when approaching the bus stop?

some bus captains go too fast when there are no people at consecutive bus-stops so when there is someone at the next bus stop wanting to flag it down, it is too late already. Rolling Eyes

BC don really care bout this bus stop lor.. ESP 851.. wtf.. seen alot of times 851 had so stop outside of the bustop to pick the passengers jux because they sped and cant stop in time to go in to the bustop.. wat if another bus also like tat?? cant brake in time then how?? BANG!!
